At Alara Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Alara gift box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
